Instead, I was met with incredibly poor customer service, terrible communication, and a complete lack of accountability. Management showed no interest in resolving my issue and seemed unwilling to help at all. As a customer of Verizon for over 15 years, I have never had such a frustrating and disappointing experience. I will never return to this location. I ended up having to drive an hour to another corporate store just to get my problem resolved. Absolutely unacceptable!

We ended up getting two new phones and provided a phone for our sibling. Our phone bill only increased $14. We really appreciated the time and choices Cely gave us. She was great.

After that is was cake walk he walked me through layed out every possible plan and solution to every one of my problems. I was in and out with a brand new iPhone in less than 20 minutes. Went to trade my phone in a second visit he was multi tasking, welcoming customers and helping me at the same time. Great guy ! 10/10 experience both times!
