After visiting another store about the problem & having them do the same thing I had already done, but didn't want to say I had done that I just left. Came & met a very helpful lady named America who looked into my phone a lot longer & tried multiple times to reset the app aroundan 1 hr, with no luck. So she call customer service where they had to reset the app all together which also took more time. We'll we left totally happy that my voice mail is working right thank to America. Thank You

I wasted an entire day of my life that I will never get back. The employees acted like they knew what they were doing, but their repeated failed activations ended up putting a fraud lock on my account. Frustrated, I went to another Verizon store not associated with this location — and they fixed the fraud lock and activated my phone in 10 minutes. That’s how it should have been from the start. Save yourself the headache and go anywhere else.
