The manager tells me I need to get my account checked to see if I qualify. I usually buy the cheaper cell since I break them getting out of my rig. So, I have never been told that. I usually pick one pay and that's it!! All the other Cricket stores I've gone in to buy A cell. I pick it but it and go on with my business. DO NOT GO HERE Horrible customer service. I got so annoyed. I took my business to Buckeye bought a phone no problem no account check ! Guess my money is no good at that Cricket store. I will be telling all my trucker friends to avoid this store!!
