    Purchase a new phone from this location at your own risk. I am out $1,200 after purchasing an iphone 17 pro max. The employee who helped me didn't really know what she was doing, as the transaction took 1.5 hours, and had to be recompleted several times. The verbally agreed upon phone line that we were upgrading was not the phone line that she clicked in our family plan. This caused the wrong persons phone to disconnect upon activating the new phone. I spent hours at an ATT store attempting to fix it, but due to it being the wrong line, ATT could not honor the promotion. When I went to this best buy store, this was escalated to a boss, who escalated it to another boss. I was told that I would get a phone call to fix this within the next few hours. It has been 2 days. I was also handed a costco VIP membership flier. Why was I given this when they aren't the same company? All I need is to return my phone and then literally repurchase it, with the correct phone number, so the promotion is applied and I am not out $1,200 for an employees mistake. The date of the bill from ATT is rapidly approaching and I am not getting a response or phone call when I was told I would receive one.

    I came in and right away this lovely woman (in purple hair) greeted me. I feel so bad for not getting her name. She informed me where I needed to to go an offered to have someone meet me where in the product area. I told her I would look first. When I was in front of the product I was looking at someone approached me an asked me if I needed assistance. I explained my interest and inqured about the product and he recommended someone to explain both products. Someone came and was fully acknowledged the pros and cons of both. Super helpful and they communicated very well. I had no concerns or questions or 2nd guesses about the product. I might add the place was clean and the staff were super productive I definitely didn't see anyone just avoiding customers which was awesome.

    Horrible phone service. It’s legit just a robot and then they transfer you to some outsourced overseas worker who speaks broken English that you can only understand 25% of the time. I do not want to drive all the way to bestbuy just to see if they have a item when I should be able to call and check so then I could come in with confidence knowing what I need is in stock.

    I went to purchase last minute Christmas presents for the family. The associate who helped me, Jasmine was wonderful. There were some items that I couldn't find because they were not on display, but she managed to help me find all the items that I was looking for. Great service with a great smile Jasmine.

    I’ve been holding off from giving this place a low review, but I had enough. I come here to shop weekly and everytime I show up the managers are rude to me specially the female manager because I request to buy a high demand product. Sometimes they have the product in hand, I’ll ask if they have it available and they’ll straight lie to my face and say it’s out of stock. I’ll request for them to look up sku for availability & after looking up sku, pow it shows it’s in stock. Sometimes they refuse to pull out the product after confirming the product is available. This last time I went to go get this product, I provided the sku and they told me they won’t be putting out for some random reason. They just didn’t want me buying the product pretty much. The managers and front desk workers always be lying and don’t want to sell us customers the product when it’s available. I don’t even feel comfortable coming inside this store anymore.
