  I was in this store two days in a row...and the gentleman in the Geek Squad was unbelievably helpful. I believe his name was Joey, and another guy said he was his boss. He truly went above and beyond, and while I've always liked Best Buy...I'll be coming here another more in the future👍🏻

  Went to pickup my promotional item and got two different stories from two different people on why they don't have it and when they went to "look" for it I just returned my game to save them the time. Also good luck with customer support it's a combination of Ai and someone not even at the physical location.

  Please make this right and have my steering wheel column reinstalled correctly this looks janky and half ass u guys are supposed to be professional this is how they gave it back to me after having a car alarm installed at ur location please contact me back as in trying to reschedule to have u guys put this back together right then I’ll take off this negative review

  Had Ethan the store manager help me out two days in a row! Helped me get everything I needed last night. I came back in this morning.. I realized I needed a different item for what I am using it for and he helped me out again. got me in and out in less than 20 mins! Helped me save time and money, gave me options, was professional and I appreciate all his help!

  This is not necessarily anything due part of the Avondale location, rather Best Buy as a whole. I completed an order online for a refrigerator for our business office. Best Buy schedules delivery with an extremely wide range of hours in between. We have set hours as a business in which somebody will be in the office working and to sign and receive shipments. This order had to get rescheduled for delivery on two separate occasions, and on top of that I had to pay someone overtime to sit there and wait for the delivery. The automated text customer service appears to be operated by AI and is no help.
