    My first visit forgot my coupons so I didn't get my discount as promised. The technician that cut both dog's nails was excellent. Other than that it was pretty mediocre. I have to throw in that the place is way too expensive for me. This review is for the Sierra Vista office.

    They do a decent job. Their rooms are pretty clean and their staff is very friendly and good with the animals. But their prices are high and increase without warning. They don't tell you the price until after the exam.

    I took my kitten here for the first time for a wellness appointment. The staff that works there is wonderful. They are all very helpful. Anytime I call too, they are all so friendly on the phone too and answer all my questions that I have. Also Dr. Eytalis was so nice. She made my kitten Oreo very comfortable with her. I would definitely recommend anyone to go here for their pets.
