He was unfriendly from the moment we walked in the door. No other customers present, so he wasn’t busy. He was smug and acted like he was doing us a favor to even answer questions. Rude to my wife. Throwing attitude. We were only there a few minutes before walking out, but it was a few minutes too long. Upset that I even gave him my phone number. I wouldn’t be surprised if he changes things on our account.

I went into this Verizon store this afternoon seeking help to place the protector on my phone. I asked the gentleman working at this store if he could assist me, he replied that there is a charge for this. I have no problem paying a reasonable amount to have this done. When I asked him what the fee was he told me $50.00 which is absurd. I then left this store and went to another Verizon and they applied the screen protector to my phone for no charge. Just beware.
