  I’m very disappointed with the lack of honesty of charges made on my plan and the ability to return devices. Would not recommend this location.

  We came into Verizon today to transfer another phone number to our line. We were helped by a representative named Kevin. He had excellent customer service skills. My only complaint today has nothing to do with Verizon but how long it took to gather information from the other carrier.

  If you need to talk to a real person at Verizon, skip calling the Siloam Springs Arkansas store. Do call the Tahlequah, Oklahoma Verizon store. If you call them, a real person WILL ANSWER. Such a nice helpful person who got my problem solved in just a couple minutes.

  My wife and I upgraded both of our phones and was helped Yancey in Siloam Springs. He was very professional and knew his business. We have always received great service from our local store and Verizon in general. Shout out to Rick Dimmitt also who has helped us in the past.
