- VVVbYouFeb 24, 20261.0DO NOT USE THIS PROVIDER FOR YOUR PHONE SERVICE. This is the WORST service provider I have ever used. I am a female traveling ALONE - I've paid my phone bill and cricket would NOT turn my phone service on. I was literally stuck in the middle of a state I'm not familiar with, with no access to directions, no access to call anyone, nothing. On top of customer service being horrible, I would NEVER recommend this company to anyone. Or else you'll end up like me, stuck in a state I'm traveling through for hours with no phone because cricket won't even turn your phone service on after you've already paid your phone bill. 0 stars.
