At the time, I felt that my elderly grandfather was not given the support he needed while trying to settle my deceased grandmother’s line, and the experience was incredibly frustrating. However, I returned the next day and asked to speak with the manager, Billy Jack, and it was a completely different experience. He was professional, compassionate, and solution-oriented from the start. He made it clear that he takes pride in his store and genuinely values customer care. He did everything he could to help my grandfather and me resolve the issue, and I am truly grateful for his effort and leadership. While I can’t give five stars due to the significant back-and-forth between this franchise and the corporate store — and the fact that the process took over three hours across two days — I do want to recognize Billy Jack for stepping in and making things right. He clearly knows how to resolve problems and understands the importance of strong communication and customer service in this industry.
