We were very detailed regarding the type of tv and sound bar we wanted and that it need to be flat against the wall and needed to look like one unit. Mark at Best Buy assured us that what we purchased fit our needs. It did not. Now we have 8 big holes in the wall. We had difficulty scheduling the Geek Squad to take down the tv and then more difficulty trying to get them to pick it up. Finally, a district manager and the local manager came to pick it up. What a nightmare! The local manager was angry and rude. The district manager was apologetic. The whole situation has completely changed our perception of Best Buy and the Geek Squad. Buyer beware! Never again, for us.
