- ASAndrew SandovalDec 9, 20251.0I dropped off my PC for a diagnostic and was told that it was a motherboard issue and that they could not fix it there. I went to get a second opinion and was told that it was not the motherboard and all the computer needed was a system reset. Do not use geek squad.

- GWGus 3rd WilsonSep 27, 20211.0Rogers, AR Geek Squad is trash. The Fayetteville store called them and asked if they had a part to fix my phone and they said yes so they set me up an appointment. I go there for my appointment and they didn’t do the work or even test my phone to diagnose the problem. I spent an hr on the phone with Apple to set anther appointment with the Fayetteville store once they get the part in. I recommend the Fayetteville store. Stay away from the lazy guys at the Rogers store.
