- JHJohn Holland5 days ago1.0This store should just put itself out of its misery. Terrible inventory and TERRIBLE customer service. The cell phone kiosk is the only thing keeping this dump alive. I was 2nd in line and when the customer in front of me was done, the cashier turned and walked away - saying nothing. And never returned. After a few minutes of standing there, I tried stopping 2 employees coming from the back area. They ignored me and kept on walking. I flagged a 3rd and he says, "oh - have you not been helped?" No - see how me and the other (actually) 10 people in line are just standing here? Mind you - I was in line to buy 1 of 2 hdmi cables I needed but they only had 1. 1 hdmi cable at the only electronics store in Rogers. By the time they convinced an employee to work the register, I decided they dont get my money. Please close and make room for a Dicks Sporting good. Please.

I had a 6:40 PM appointment for a screen replacement, but when I arrived, they told me to book a new appointment because they couldn’t finish the repair before their 9:00 PM closing time. If they knew they couldn’t complete the repair, I don’t understand why they scheduled the appointment in the first place.
