The customer service on the phone is non existent. The AI generated operator refused to connect me with a person and continued hanging up on my. very annoying. I dont want to waste a trip driving to another town to go in store and see if they have what i need or not.

Management here are rude, defensive and unhelpful.
Last two times I’ve been to this location there have had items stocked wrong in front of the wrong price tag or clearance tags on items not on clearance and when I go to check out they won’t honor their mistakes.

Zero ability to get someone in the local store on the phone. The voice AI agent is SO terrible when you call. Someone used my card to place a significant fraudulent online pickup order and the store didn't verify the name or card at pickup.

They couldn't fulfill an online delivery order, it just kept delaying infinitely.
I gave it a week.
No updates, just more delays.
Support did nothing.
The dosh spent okay though it seems...

I wanted to take a moment to recognize one of your employees, Brie, who helped me recently when I came by the store to pick up an Apple computer I had ordered. I had been told the computer should arrive Wednesday, but when I stopped in it had not shown up yet. Many employees in that situation might simply say, “It’s not here yet, sorry,” and leave it at that. Brie handled it differently. She immediately apologized for the inconvenience and then took the extra step of looking for ways to help rather than just delivering the bad news.
She offered to have the computer shipped directly to my home when it arrives and even checked another nearby store to see if they might have the model available. Neither option ended up changing the outcome that day, but what stood out was the effort and attitude behind it. Instead of making the interaction feel like a dead end, she made it clear she was genuinely trying to find a way to help by giving the customer options.
That extra effort makes a big difference from a customer’s perspective. When employees look for ways to help instead of simply delivering a “no,” it changes the entire experience. Please pass along my appreciation to Brie for going the extra step.
