Thank you for wasting my time and most importantly my parents time. Went another route and ordered what I needed through the Verizon app and went to fort smith shoutout to them. Seems to be an issue where somehow the app can do a better job than the employee that was currently working that day. Remember “this isn’t the month for iPhones.” Idk still got them the next day attached is a picture.
