    IF THERE WAS A NEGATIVE RATING I WOULD GIVE IT TO THIS STORE. i went to turn in a phone after doing a device buy-out offer from VERIZON and on that same day was told that they have a promo going to where you could keep the trade in for FREE AS A SECONDARY LINE, no mention about having to pay any activation fees or anything, TOLD IT WAS FREE. then i kept getting emails and txts from verizon stating i needed to return trade in device. go back to store to turn in AGAIN and was told everything was fixed and the bill adjusted! gentleman said i would have had to come to store to activate phone cuz when my husband tried to activate said device he got a message about an activation fee. WELL THAT WAS NEVER TOLD TO US!!! get another tx/email stating i need to return trade in device. this time my husband goes to the store to tell them we dont want it, take it off and so forth! he returns phone and now my bill is over 500 BUCKS FOR 2 LINES! ABSURD!! the store reps said i needed to call verizon to confirm line removed and so on. look at acct online today and it shows i PURCHASED THE TRADE IN PHONE. I DID NOT PURCHASE PHONE!!! WAS TOLD IT WAS FREE!!!! so now im on forever hold w/an indian dot rep trying to fix this mess!!!!! DONT EVER GO TO THIS STORE OR YOU WILL BE GETTING RIPPED OFF!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    VERIZON IS A SCAM. Unfortunately there is not an option for no stars. This company is by far the furthest thing from a positive customer experience. They lied and took my fiancés money and after the has had service with them for over a month suspended his services saying they can’t verify his identity when he was in store when he placed the order. He got his ID scanned in person and spoke to fraud several times where they also requested selfies and pictures of his ID. 3 separate fraud specialist said they reviewed the documents and verified him completely and he was approved holds were removed. But now after having services for a month you can just cancel them with no notice and say you can “verify him” . The only response he gets from the people on the phone is we can’t tell you anything. This sounds like a legal case that we will be starting to bring forward because this is unjust treatment. Y'all are inconsiderate and inconveniencing people’s jobs but of course that doesn’t matter because yall care about money over customers.

    Yes I've been trying to get these phones since June the 12th they could not be sent to my address because the computer CAP auto generating a different address so we was going to the store to pick them up and when I got there they told me or I had sent my boyfriend because he's listed on the account and they told me he wasn't listed on the account I spoke with the manager and I told the manager I know that he was listed on the account because I spoke to a customer service rep over the phone they put him on the account the manager actually hung the phone up on me and refused to give me service because I explained was trying to explain to him what customer service on the phone had told me and he hung up and refused service so now I've been trying to get phone since June the 12th and here it is almost July 12th and I still have no phones

    July 2 2025 - They responded with a link, that ONE, does not hyperlink on google reviews and when you copied and paste it into Google. it says the form cant be found or is removed. This further proves Verizon does not want help their customers but put on show for reviews to make it look like they are "trying to fix it". I gave my daughter the reference number so hopefully when she call in they will be able to find this issue. However we all know that she will get someone who will tell her we have no way of pulling this information up and tell her the same thing. They will say something like "We will mail you the code, because that's all we can do since you don't have cellular service with us" so that when you get it, it will be expired yet again like the first one and you can stay on never ending hamster wheel of frustration. Once this issue is fixed I will edit this review in good faith and let every one know when the issue is fixed. DECEPTIVE WAYS!! BEWARE VERIZON ON MCAIN BLVD NORTH LITTLE ROCK- POLICY AS A WHOLE -HORRIBLE HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. My daughter bf has Verizon Internet only. There phones are on BOOST and they don't want Verizon phones. So once they got signed up for the internet THEN the ISSUES started because they wanted to send a verification code to a cell phone however they cant because they don't have Verizon phones. So they said they would mail them the code. OF COURSE WHEN THE ARRIVED AND THEY TRIED IT IT WAS EXPIRED!!! And Verizon told them that's too bad there's nothing they can do and they would mail out another code! THE STUPIDEST THING EVER AND FOR COMPANY NOT TO HAVE A WORK AROUND FOR THE CODE IS TERRIBLE. Not everyone want a VERIZON cell phone. The internet can be purchased as a stand alone. But you can't activate anything you can redeem your promotions because you need the app. THIS IS DECEPTIVE AND SHOULD BE THE FIRST THING THE SALES REP SHOULD OF STATED!! They were on hold over 40 min trying to activate the WIFI because they didn't have the app. Waiting for a code to come through the mail is insane and unfair to the customer. No one at the VERIZON ON MCAIN BLVD NORTH LITTLE ROCK store would help them set up the account online so they can use it that way since they can't get the app due to not having Verizon phones. HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED AND DO NOT RECOMMEND. If Verizon responds to this there need to a number or email they can respond to for this SPECIFIC ISSUE BECAUSE THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE AND THE NONCHALANT ATTITUDE WAS DISGUSTING AND UNWARRANTED TO PAYING CUSTOMERS. VERIZON NEED TO HELP THEM IMMEDIATELY SO THEY CAN SET UP THEIR ACCOUNT AND REDEEM THEIR PROMOTIONS.
