    My dad purchased a printer here for me, along with a 4 year warranty under his membership. From day one, the printer was defective. It left perforated lines on everything I printed except cardstock. I contacted customer support hoping for technical help, but was routed to an outsourced call center and told I had to make a Geek Squad appointment and physically bring the printer in. I did exactly that and made the appointment. The next morning, I received a call informing me that Geek Squad doesn’t even service printers and that my only option was to return to the store and exchange it. When I went back, well within the return/exchange period (my receipt clearly says January 15, 2026), I was then told I would have to use my paid warranty to exchange the printer. I refuse to use a 4 year warranty on a brand-new product that was defective out of the box and still clearly within the store’s own return/exchange window. I couldn’t exchange it without the warranty, so I refunded it. It doesn’t make sense that I was able to get a full refund on both the printer and warranty, but I couldn’t exchange the printer out without using the warranty. I was given conflicting information at every step, sent in circles, and treated as though a defective product was somehow my responsibility to fix. This entire process was unnecessarily stressful and extremely frustrating. I expected far better support from a company like Best Buy. *pictures of said perforated lines on photo paper and printer paper

    This was the FIRST and the LAST time I will ever make a big purchase at Best Buy. I went to buy my wife a laptop that she needed for work. Our experience in the store with the associate was great. But we paid for 2 day shipping. The two days came and no package. No tracking number, nothing. I check the app and it says delayed, will Will arrive multiple days later even up to two weeks post purchase. Not acceptable. So I call the store number and end up talking to 3 people. None of them from the store, all of them probably half way across the world in a communication center. One of the customer service ladies was rude and actually hung up on me. I call back again, wait on hold and end up talking with another. He was much nicer but told him I wanted to talk to a manager or someone higher up. End up talking to the “higher” up person was even worse than the First Lady. This “manager” ended up cussing me out and told me my only options were cancel the order or wait the 2 weeks and if it’s not in during that 2 weeks they will refund me. What ended up happening was they told me two day shipping but truth was the never even had the product in the warehouse and that I didn’t have a tracking number because it wasn’t in the warehouse (mind you, they took the 2k out of my account already) so they lied. Very deceptive and truly unprofessional. I will never do business with Best Buy again and will be filing a complaint with the better business bureau for false advertising of product.

    NEVER BUY FROM Best Buy EVER.... I ORDERED A VERY EXPENSIVE laptop from them to be told that it would be in two days...only for it to not show up...when we called it was no where to be found and said they MIGHT be able to get it by the 19th but it may not even be possible to get it then.... They had us pay for two day shipping ..$180 dollars worth, and took our money..only to be told this ... HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND PRODUCT COMMUNICATION, CANT EVEN TALK TO THE STORE, GET SOME OVER SEAS STATION WHO CANT DO ANYTHING ABOUT ANYTHING. TERRIBLE DISAPPOINTMENTED
