Update: the so-called manager of the cricket store located in Newport Arkansas is absolutely unprofessional and has the worst attitude I have ever encountered in customer service. I was simply trying to help out my neighbor who is almost 90 years old and the so-called manager had the worst attitude while I was trying to get information to help my neighbor. I can promise you that I will call any phone number that I have to and make sure she is reported for her unprofessional attitude.
