Has to drop the 17 tons of pizza 1/4 of a mile from where it should have been delivered. Then the manager tells me its MY fault? And I need to pay for the pizza and the cost of getting the delivery truck towed out. I told him that i was not expecting it for free just come down on the price to adjust for the time and money for me to move it myself. And of course, there is no way I'm paying for the tow truck. Attempted to contact the owners, but was unable to get past the office manager. He even said "it's just two hundred forty dollars." Didn't have problem with any of the truck drivers. I dont like being talked down to and I feel they need new management.
