  Music blasting outside so loud I thought I was at a hip hop live show. I guess when you have no customers you have to entertain yourself.

  My niece went in to switch her service from straight talk to cricket. The manager was very hateful to her and refused her service. Told her she didn’t need her business. The manager also gave her a fake number for corporate. Updated 7/6/2019 After reading other reviews, it seems this is not the first experience within the past year where a patron has indicated the manager's attitude was unprofessional. Although the owner's reply is professional, I'm not convinced they understand the impact a poor attitude has on their store's sales. My niece, her brother and a friend who was with her all stated Tabatha(?) was the star in that store and tried to make this experience better. I'd suggest the owner sit down and have a heart to heart discussion with this employee and hear her perspective of what happened on 7/5 and take whatever action is needed to prevent future recurrences. None of us will patron this store again.
