  DO NOT USE THIS PROVIDER FOR YOUR PHONE SERVICE. This is the WORST service provider I have ever used. I am a female traveling ALONE - I've paid my phone bill and cricket would NOT turn my phone service on. I was literally stuck in the middle of a state I'm not familiar with, with no access to directions, no access to call anyone, nothing. On top of customer service being horrible, I would NEVER recommend this company to anyone. Or else you'll end up like me, stuck in a state I'm traveling through for hours with no phone because cricket won't even turn your phone service on after you've already paid your phone bill. 0 stars.

  I have been with this company for approx 10 to 15 years. I have 2 lines 1 for myself and the other for my 84 year old Mother. I recently bought her a new phone because of the importance of me being in constant communication with her. Her phone went completely black so we went to the store and without looking at it I was told that we would just have another one mailed to us, unfortunately that isn't why I purchased it. It was for constant communication with my 84 year old Mother not to wait for one to come in the mail what if something happened while we waited for it? Completely worthless! The thing that finally pushed me to the edge is I took the phone driving my 84 year old Mother to ANOTHER store and she fixed it in approximately 3 minutes! Either way wasted time I don't have and an 84 year old saying just throw it away because it is too much trouble. If the tables were turned how would you feel?

  Dam Cricket, this was one of the best phone services for urban areas when it first started but now its pure trash and they should be ashamed on how they treat they're customers.
