  It's hard to avoid Best Buy as you shop for tech items, or paraphenalia that goes with those tech items, or appliances, etc. Unfortunately, shopping at Best Buy on Chenal Parkway in Little Rock can be an experience ranging from frustrating to nightmarish. The problem is customer service. I like very much that sometimes, at least, someone is stationed in the entryway to the store to direct you to the right section of the store and to answer some of your questions. But in the times I've shopped at this Best Buy, I've found repeatedly that, once I'm in the spot in the store where I need to be, there's no one in sight to assist me or answer my questions. And when I do find someone, the store employee is often bafflingly vague, unhelpful, and sometimes downright rude. The young man who tried to answer my questions about a case for my new iPhone right before Christmas reeked of a certain "recreational" drug he had clearly been smoking not long before he came to assist me, and was unable to speak clearly or coherently. I would hope that someone with managerial oversight at this Best Buy might get on top of the customer service problem and do some training on basics like courtesy, speaking clearly, listening carefully to what customers are asking, etc.

  Pretty disappointing trip. Not a single employee greeted me or offered to assist. Eventually found what I was looking for after roaming the store. Cashier was robotic and unwelcoming as I checked out.

  Everyone very nice asking if you need help very polite, until you get to the back to check out i was buying a drone and when I got to pay the lady has a huge attitude being very snobby like if you dont wanna work then quit or go home or lose the attitude what i would have payed would have been in your check but I guess you dont want my money.

  Best Buy is my favorite place to shop online and use in-store pickup. I’ve purchased many tech gadgets here over the years and have never had a problem. In addition to the convenience of online shopping, I also appreciate being able to visit the store to see a product in person before buying. The staff is always friendly and professional. On my most recent visit, I purchased two Anker SOLIX C300X portable power stations. Anaya assisted me, and she was very helpful and professional throughout the process. Thank you, Best Buy, for another wonderful shopping experience!
