    Store: Jonesboro Verizon Store Date: November 14, 2025 Time: Around 10:30 AM–12:00 PM Issue: Incorrect Apple Watch color + extremely poor customer service Complaint: I purchased an iPhone 17 Pro Max and received a free Apple Watch as part of the promotion. When the Apple Watch arrived today, I opened the box and saw it was the wrong color. I called Verizon customer service, and they told me to go to the store where I made the purchase. When I arrived at the Jonesboro store, before I could even sign in, the only female employee working approached me. I explained that my Apple Watch came in the wrong color. She immediately told me she “couldn’t help” and to call customer service. I explained that customer service had already instructed me to come to the store. She went to the back and returned with a piece of paper containing the customer service number, saying her manager told her to give that to me. No one offered to look up my order or help me with the exchange. While I was on the phone with customer service again, I signed in. I was skipped multiple times while new customers who came in after me were helped immediately. I had to log in two more times because I continued to be skipped. I ended up waiting over an hour with no assistance. The only reason anyone finally spoke to me was because a new employee walked in for their shift at around 12:00 PM and asked if I needed anything. This store’s customer service was unacceptable — unprofessional, dismissive, and completely unwilling to help with a simple exchange. I would like this situation reviewed, and I want my Apple Watch exchanged to the correct color without further hassle.

    I’ve had Verizon cell phone service for about 15 months and am so happy that I went to another cell phone company yesterday with half the monthly cost of Verizon! What’s worse is their customer service!! Its the WORST cell phone customer service I have ever used since cells phones were invented! I would not recommend this company to anyone!! Their agents have lied to me over and over about several different things and allowed an unauthorized person to change my settings after I informed them in writing not to, and they have not been able to get the name on my account right since the very beginning! I am fed up with Verizon! I gave them a 1star but I would give them zero stars if I could!

    My experience at this store was less than one star. The entire Verizon Brand has definitely deteriorated and it can be observed at the local level clearly. I visited this store over two times attempting to resolve the same issue over the course of 24 hours. The lines were extremely long. I waited in line and was served by a very nice young man, but unfortunately my phone still could not receive calls. I returned to the store less than an hour later because my phone still wasn’t working and I had to wait in line all over again behind over 8 people. The customer service is dismissive and slow. It was a really depressing environment and they didn’t even have chairs for waiting customers. Highly disappointed and still cannot receive calls.
