I was with them for over 12 years.
They switched me to a business account with several promises that were not kept. Very helpful during the sale process, but could care less after. My bill was way more than promised and their customer service I would give 0 stars if it were possible. They do not care about you and this store has absolutely lost all hope. Trust me, I tried multiple times to resolve my issues and I did not want the hassle of switching everything over.
Switched to T-mobile and could not be happier. They showed me true care and customer service all while minimizing my bill significantly.
If you are in the Jonesboro area I highly recommend T-mobile and stay away from the Verizon Corporate store.

Absolute horrible customer service, about as good as calling 611 or live chat. Business account manager is unprofessional an non helpful. My issues started 5 months ago, finally filled out and filed a complaint with verizon. Got a call from EXUCUTIVE RELATIONS and she figured out all the mistakes they had made in 3 minutes or less. We talked about what all had happened, she said it was going to take her a little bit to figure all the credits out and would call me back. She did what she said she was going to do and emailed me all the detail! As far as going to the store or calling customer service or live chat.....ALL THEY DO IS MAKE PROMISES AND LIE ABOUT EVERYTHING THAT COMES OUT OF THEIR MOUTH!!!!! The woman from Executive relations was very professional and also she could not believe how many times I had called customer service. Countless hours on the phone but finally got at least that part fixed!
