  Came to get a screen protector. Turned out to be “defective” so store assistant went ahead and manually put it. Although he tried his best, it still wasn’t able to be put without all bubbles on the screen. Considering this, it is paramount that if we asked for a refund, we get it, despite the claims that it isn’t sufficient for a refund since it isn’t “damaged”- according to the higher ups that the store assistant contacted. This is simply ethically wrong and business should not be done like this. Would suggest going to the cell phone repair shop nearby for screen protectors- unless you don’t want your money back!

  Last Saturday, I sent my husband to this location to purchase a SIM card for a specific line on my account. There was a gentleman who i assume is Saif, I later learned he was a new employee who had been left alone in the store.I repeated the phone number multiple times to make sure there would be no mistake. I even had to walk him through the steps myself because he did not know how to do a sim swap because the phone was prior an esim. Even after walking him through it, not only did he still do it on the wrong number, he charged me for 2 sims while we only received one. When we realized the mistake, my husband returned the next day. A woman at the store told him she couldn’t waive a new sim or refund, and that we would have to wait until Monday to speak to the manager, Zach. Today, I spoke with Zach, only to be told that he also cannot waive a sim card. He let me know he spoke to the employee. Talking to the employee does not fix the mistake on my account, the two SIM charges, or the hassle caused by the wrong number being swapped.If a customer is charged for a mistake made by your own employee, basic customer service should include correcting it and refunding the unnecessary charge. This entire experience has been unprofessional especially considering I used to work at this very store and know that mistakes like this can be fixed.At this point, I will be transferring all lines on my account to another carrier since this location cannot even resolve a $10 sim card error or properly support a new employee. Also, who leaves a new hire alone in the store on a Saturday?
