I took a printer in to be repaired. The message on the computer was that the ink cartridge assembly was defective. This had happened to me before and I replaced the assembly myself and I told them that would probably be the case. Because the printer was under warranty, I needed Best Buy to do it an submit a bill. They charged me for a membership which they said would cover the repair and they were certain it could be repaired. They did not fix it because it needed a new assembly and they do not replace parts. I asked for my membership fee back and the Geek Squad manager said the fee was non-refundable. I got the store manager involved and he gave me a number to call to get the refund - which I received a couple of weeks later. I have used Geek Squad for years but will never do so again. I do not appreicate being lied to by the Manager.

Mom had to have her computer fixed they cane to the house and fixed on the spot. Will call again if we need them. Great service

Waste of time. 10 bucks in gas to get there only to be told he doesn’t have enough time to do it. They were open for another 1-1/2 hours. No other customers in line.
