  Cricket store on Central Avenue in Hot Springs, Arkansas Arkansas is the worst ever. It was a nightmare going in there to try to get a phone. The ladies gave me the words this time they treated me like I was crap on the street. I cannot understand why I was treated so bad. I went in there for iPhone 17 Pro Max orange as I was sitting there trying to get a phone I noticed they had a sign for progressive insurance to help you get a phone so I got the loan that young lady was supposed to be getting my information and putting it in the computer to set up for my phone after she did that, then she tells me they have one iPhone Pro Max in Orange left so she told me how much it’s supposed to be and I needed $50 more on the loan so she had me to call Progressive and ask them for increase by that time. I got the increase so she’s finishing up on the computer. She waited till about 4:55 o’clock and tell me that it’s supposed to be 1200. So now I’m still $50 short so she had me to call Progressive again which I believe she should’ve had the whole total before I even made a call that’s how you do business so by that time I called them back they closed. She tells me we can’t do anything until we get them to put extra money on there and I said OK can you hold my phone and I’ll come back in the morning soon you guys open up so I did so I get there at 12 o’clock on Monday January 5 at 9:00 am so I get up to the counter I’ll pull out my driving license get everything together my loan number account number so she comes from the back and she tells me oh by the way I sold your phone. I said what she said I sold your phone cause someone came in with cash I’m like wow you had me to open up alone to get the phone that you sold to someone else instead of holding that phone for me. You were still getting money for the phone was already approved. that’s bad business. I don’t know why these companies have all these young people that don’t have a clue on Service and respect and how to take care of your customer so they can come back. I will never come back to that store ever again. If I had the money I would’ve went on and paid for it and just been broke for another month, but I got a loan to pay for it and she sold my phone so she told me to go to Best Buy. They also do progressive loan and that was the worst time ever. I felt like I was in twilight zone I have never had a problem in my whole entire life. I’m 57 years old and never in my life went through this. I run into people and they tell me that they customer service. It’s very rude disrespectful so I felt good that I wasn’t the only one going through this. I don’t know how companies get away with this and how they get away with putting people behind their business. They don’t take care of people the way they should. I don’t know how they stay in business, I will never go to the Cricket On Central ever again then I go over to the other Cricket on grand Avenue in Hot Springs, Arkansas to get a phone I had to go to the bank four times because Progressive said that the other store ran my credit through Progressive and called five times so it put a red flag so I had to show all this information and had to go to my bank to get them to fill out something to say that I’m the owner of my account all over a phone. This was crazy. I have never went through this in my entire life and I’m 57 years old. This was just outrageous so I did all that I get ready to get the phone. They don’t have the orange yet so they told me that they can get it sent to my house within a day or two so I finally got that all taken care of. I’m sitting at home waiting for my phone. I get an email on January 15 stating my phone is sending back to the sender I’m like what it’s going back to the Cricket store so I go to the Cricket store and I ask them why is my phone going back and not was delivered to me well they didn’t put my address incorrectly. Oh my God here we go with some young people behind a big corporate

  Went in there to make a simple payment, one person ahead of me, their phone was jacked up, girl said she was the only employee there, no one could take my payment. That was a lie, I saw another employee walk in and out of the back. This store is consistently incompetent.
