  Do not use this cricket location i have been there twice delt with same employee both times. First time she said my verizon phones were not compatible that it would start service then verizon would lock them if I tried to switch. When I went to another store no issue what so ever. Second time I was adding 3 lines. Was told that none of the phones were compatible that I would need to buy 3 phones from cricket to add them and again went to another store and that was not the case 2 of the 3 were compatible. Don't waste your time with this store.

  They are under new management > I love the the new manager she is so sweet and helpful. Went in with a issue that took others 3 days to try and resolve she took care of the issue in less that 30 min!!!.

  If i could i would give this store negative 5 stars. Today my son went to get a sims card was told by the manager "we are not a corparate store we do not follow what they say " because the sims according to customer care are .9.99 but the store charges 9.99 plus 25$ activatin fee even tho im already a cricket customer. So i called this store and ask to speak to the manager and i was explaining what customer care told me and she told me " IF YOU WOULD JUST SHUT UP AND LISTEN TO ME LADY YOU MIGHT UNDERSTAND WHAT IM SAYING UNLESS YOUR STUPID." THEN SHE HUNG UP ON ME. so uless u want to be treated like crap dont go here go to the central store.
