    The young gentleman in the home theater dept was super helpful. Gave personal experience/interaction with different tvs. Didn't try to upsell me (too much), but instead listened to what I was looking for and helped me pick the best tv for me. Novel idea!

    On January 4, I went inside of Best Buy to get a phone and they referred me to one of the reps that’s supposed to work for AT&T named Martin. Martin did not do well by me. He set up an account and a phone number for me to get a iPhone 17 Pro Max. He started to ring things up and then he had me to fill out a form for a progressive insurance to help to pay for the phone by that time, I was in there for four hours standing up with my grandson tired haven’t even had breakfast. My grandson was tired. He went to the back room on his cell phone for 20 minutes. Martin then came back and he had another associate come and try to help him and then they told me that I can get some other stuff like EarPods iPhone watch and I was like oh that all is in my Loan OK so they started to ring it up then they told me that they couldn’t do it, which I couldn’t understand because I had the money they told me to come back the next day. I came back for three weeks. They had me coming in there AT&T called me to set up my phone that I didn’t have. I never walked out of the store with The iPhone 17 Pro Max orange they said they lock it up. I came back the third week. No one can find it. Martin never came in for like two weeks to work at Best Buy in Hot Springs Arkansas one of the associates kept calling him. He had all kinds of excuses and then finally associate called me and let me know that he was in the store on the third week I came in and I told him he needs to fix it. He was helping a customer and asked me if I can come back in 30 minutes I said no sir you gonna fix it right now because right now I’m so stressed out. I didn’t even get to enjoy Christmas with my three grandchildren because I was so stressed out why am I being charged for a phone that I never received and have an account and a whole phone number to that phone one of the other associates had opened up the phone in front of me cause AT&T said they needed to send a code to that phone order to cancel it so they did it, but they never canceled it. He told me to come back on a Wednesday. Wednesday was Christmas Eve. I told him I was not coming in there I’m gonna enjoy my grandchildren cause that’s when I have Christmas with all three of my grandchildren and I told them that I needed a phone cause by that time my phone was off because it was supposed to be transferred to that phone and then the phone that I had originally I was supposed to send it to AT&T because they was giving me $800 for my phone that I never received they told me they was gonna take care of it. Martin was on his phone talking to someone. I assume it was AT&T so they sent the email and said that they canceled it I said OK I prayed that that is true and they do not take money out of my bank account Welp on Monday they took $139 out of my checking account and I had to go to my Bank OZK and have them to dispute it and take it off plus I was charged $38 $35 overcharged. This was the worst time I’ve have ever had in my life on getting a phone. I’ve never went through anything like this ever in my life, I will never go back to Best Buy to buy anything. This was the worst sales person Mr. Martin they need to fire him and then at my bank one of the tellers tell me that they did her grandparents the same way and he still get to work there. I will never go there again.

    We brought our iPhone 14+ in to get the 26.2 update. After waiting for an hour they tell us they FRIED THE PHONE. Completely unusable now. Can’t even turn on. They then proceed to tell us they aren’t going to do anything to fix it and that it’s apple’s problem. Apple said absolutely not, Best Buy is responsible because they’re the ones that fried the phone. The guys didn’t feel bad or anything. Basically told me I’m SOL. I can’t even believe I came in with a working phone and left with a completely bricked phone. The way they handled this by saying they’re not under any obligation to fix it after they CLEARLY are at fault baffles me. A good company would take action and fix/replace what they’ve broken. The employees made it clear to me that’s not happening.
