They then proceed to tell us they aren’t going to do anything to fix it and that it’s apple’s problem. Apple said absolutely not, Best Buy is responsible because they’re the ones that fried the phone. The guys didn’t feel bad or anything. Basically told me I’m SOL. I can’t even believe I came in with a working phone and left with a completely bricked phone. The way they handled this by saying they’re not under any obligation to fix it after they CLEARLY are at fault baffles me. A good company would take action and fix/replace what they’ve broken. The employees made it clear to me that’s not happening.
