  They broke my literal stylus. I was having my sim card move from my flip phone back to this phone. She was very careless trying to take it out. She couldn't even do it she needed help. She was very rough with my phone and I guess she didn't click my stylus back in. But it BROKE and when we tried to call Everytime there's no voicemail no nothing it just doesn't work it says "the person at extension 1046 is not available." Trash store. We'll have to drive back to the store for a replacement if they'll even do that. I can't put it back in my phone because I had to use my nail to pry it out in the first place.

  Do not use this cricket location i have been there twice delt with same employee both times. First time she said my verizon phones were not compatible that it would start service then verizon would lock them if I tried to switch. When I went to another store no issue what so ever. Second time I was adding 3 lines. Was told that none of the phones were compatible that I would need to buy 3 phones from cricket to add them and again went to another store and that was not the case 2 of the 3 were compatible. Don't waste your time with this store.
