The young gentleman that was helping me transfer stuff from android with T Mobile to IPhone 15 to Verizon. Didn’t know what he was doing. I get it. It wasn’t a simple transfer. Manager had to come in on her day off. My screen protector has cracked numerous times after getting it. Never had that problem before. Called Verizon they said that it wasn’t covered. I called on my day off and found out that I don’t have insurance on my phone. Year later. Now I do. Still wondering if she had my best interest in mind. Hate relying on others. Would never do that to someone.
