  Serena is great went above and beyond to make sure I was able to keep my old number The store itself only has her as a single sales rep you are going to wait minimum 30 minutes would recommend

  After WiFi and connection difficulties with a rival company (Optimum), we decided to stop in to Verizon with whom we've maintained cell phone service for over 20 years. Patricia was absolutely wonderful and made gentle offers of alternatives which we happily embraced, saving ourselves over $100 per month that included a new modem on the spot -- very easy to set up, too. Following this, we returned to take advantage of Verizon's holiday offer -- trade-in of an older phone (10 years+) for a new Galaxy Ultra 25. This also lowered our monthly bill. Patricia is cheerful, competent, and extremely helpful on all fronts! Thank you, Russell Cellular, for providing the very best service! Plus it's comforting to remain with Verizon on all points. If I'd known Verizon provided home WiFi when we moved here, I never would've contemplated their rival. This customer's grade for Verizon is A+++! Bravo!

  Great service! Thank you so much for helping us with our new phone .. we haven’t received first bill yet since we upgraded so I can not comment on that part but service was Great 👍🏽
