    It’s been literally years now of various sales reps and other Verizon representatives claiming that service in my area would be fixed. I cannot even make a call to my doctor anymore the service is so pathetic and is continuously getting worse. Could not call the hospital about some urgent medical matters because my service sucks so much. I can see TWO cell towers from my house, one is not even a quarter of a mile away. This is just stupid at this point. As soon as my contract is over I am switching.

    They are very deceptive. I was told I was getting the $35 a month plan. I signed with my finger and never got a copy of it. They were charging me $60. When I went to the store the manager was reluctant to give me his name. Finally his first name, Chad. They would not let me return or cancel the service. They are saying it's a 3-year plan which they did not tell me, & the contract does not say it.
