As a former office manager, I would have fired all of them in this store long ago. I will be contacting their corporate regional manager. I've seen better professionalism and customer service at gas stations in actual third-world countries. Verizon should be greatly embarrassed unless, like their employees at this store, they equally could not care less...

I drove an hour to this location and when I went in they gave me my phone… my husband asked if they were going to help us get the phone set up and the lady said they do not do that anymore. My husband questioned why because another store had helped him a few months before and the lady told him they stopped doing that 2-3 years ago. So we had to drive home so we could get everything transferred over WiFi. My husband drove back a few days later (again, we live an HOUR away) to drop off the phone and was told we would have to ship it. He stated the lady named Krystal was very nice that day. He did question why they couldn’t transfer anymore and was told they could. We still have no shipping label, but hopefully it will come in the mail. I would like to know why your employees feel like it’s okay to blatantly lie to your customers just because they don’t want to take time out of their day to do their job? You always hear corporate stores are better to go to. That is not the case at this store.
