Refused to help me get off my sisters account and move my line to my own account (which i know is possible at this location) and help me with purchasing a tablet. I hear a lot about this location being god awful with helping customers do anything out of they're way and my gosh was everyone i had spoken to right.

I will have full bars and have 5G on my phone, but in certain areas of town, I cannot do anything. All three times they could not help me. The first time the guy said he will reset the settings on my phone and it didn’t fix it. The second two times the people wouldn’t even look at my phone. All they did was ask me how old my phone was and try to make a sale even though I still owe on my phone for another year. Y’all have lost a customer. I will be leaving Verizon and going to T-Mobile. Edit. I gave it one more shot, but went to the store on Phoenix. Within 15 seconds the associate had the problem with my phone service fixed. I will never go back to the store on Rogers.
