My iPhone quit working when I tried to update the iOS while it was connected to my PC. I brought it in and Khalil (sp?) was very courteous, professional, and understanding. He was able to get my phone up and running within the hour. I was able to leave the store and come back. When I came back, it was working and he waited on me to reset my phone to make sure it was working properly and he helped me when I ran into some snags with resetting it. I was very relieved that he was able to get it working again and I was impressed with his technical knowledge. I’m so grateful for Geek Squad! They saved me a lot of money and headache!

We called Geek Squad to set up an appointment to get our devices scanned for viruses. We were told over the phone that the diagnostic screening would be no charge but if viruses were found and needed to be treated, THEN payment would be necessary. When we got into store, they told us it would be $150 to screen for viruses regardless of whether there were viruses or not. Comparable businesses in Fort Smith charge starting at $30 for this service. The Geek Squad member was kind enough to us as we were frustrated about the wasted time and trip, but we were very disappointed we were told something far off from what was actually offered. No consistency between the person we talked to and the actual store.

The Geek Squad team is a God-send for us. They were courteous and helpful every step along the way. And their price is more than reasonable. We are especially delighted with the at-home service they provide as well as being available 23/7. I highly recommend them for any technical need or service.
