- JRJoanna RishNov 9, 20255.0My iPhone quit working when I tried to update the iOS while it was connected to my PC. I brought it in and Khalil (sp?) was very courteous, professional, and understanding. He was able to get my phone up and running within the hour. I was able to leave the store and come back. When I came back, it was working and he waited on me to reset my phone to make sure it was working properly and he helped me when I ran into some snags with resetting it. I was very relieved that he was able to get it working again and I was impressed with his technical knowledge. I’m so grateful for Geek Squad! They saved me a lot of money and headache!

Went in and asked the lady at the counter about it and as soon as she heard a couple years she said they don't repair those. I offered the model number to see if she would at least look and she refused and suggested I must just buy another. Like a moron I took a look. They don't seem to offer a TV as good as the one I want repaired. Bad service, a joke. Second time I've tried using them, first was a laptop they told me to contact the manufacturer.
