    Where to begin? Hmmm, I spent the last few weeks in Arkansas, in Fort Smith, where I met the nicest people in the world. Open, friendly, and eager to help. I'm fascinated by this state and the nature that surrounds visitors, as well as the atmosphere created by its wonderful residents. Everything changed on the last day of my stay thanks to Best Buy. I went to buy a gift for my son. The store had a great deal on a laptop. Unfortunately, they refused to sell it, claiming it was the last demonstration model and they couldn't sell it. After speaking with the manager, they promised to find me another model with the same specifications and price. Unfortunately, they offered me a product with lower specifications and $200 more. When I asked if I could get a discount because I was promised something completely different, I was told no, and the person who promised me a discount had already left work. Throughout the entire conversation, I was treated very strangely, with smiles from the staff. Well, I don't speak English fluently. But the atmosphere was so strange that I even asked the manager if I was being treated worse because I was from abroad, because that's how it is at the moment I feel like some inferior human being. The only reaction was a flat no and a smile. Probably the worst experience of my life. I don't recommend this store; I was willing to pay even more for a gift for my son, but I'd rather not spend the money at home if they don't fit here.

    Hey there. Professional PC builder with more than ten years of experience here. I had a friend who vouched for the quality of Best Buy products and their return policy and wanted me to give them a shot as a source for some of my clients builds. We ordered a full cart of parts, which had a motherboard that came in DOA. At this point I didn't suspect much since this sometimes happens when shipping parts (especially motherboards and hard drives). We took it to Best Buy and exchanged the dead board for a board at the store. We then came back to the office and when we opened the box we noticed on initial inspection of the part that it came with a few bent pins and what looked like a leaking capacitor. We boxed back up the board and took it to Best Buy to get a refund and seek out a board elsewhere. We were then told that it was our fault that the pins were bent and that there was nothing that they could do. That we would have to send it to the motherboard manufacturer. This entire experience has delayed my customer from getting their PC on time and is simply unacceptable. I will continue sourcing my future builds from elsewhere.

    Scheduled an online appointment to have phone repaired. Showed up an hour prior to appointment to find no one waiting for service. I was then told my device wouldn’t be repaired same day because they didn’t have a technician working! The store has more employees than customers in it

    Little high on price in store but i heard they price match. Can be a wait for help as staff can get tied up with one customer for a while. Knowledgeable staff for the most part. Decent selection of items. Easy to navigate. Items were a bit dusty and the store could use better cleaning.

    Usually I stay away from Best Buy as their sales staff can be pushy and will try to sell you all sorts of addons. This visit was very pleasant and the sales staff was helpful and friendly, no push for anything. They helped us find what we needed and answered our questions.
