    I had a pretty easy experience this last week. I ordered something online. Went straight to customer pickup. Showed him my online order within a minute or two. They provided me with my product and I was out of the store and that's exactly the experience that I expected and they provided that.

    We went to Best Buy Fort Smith today to get a warranty screen protector for my phone. They don’t carry them anymore. Would not reimburse me for my lifetime warranty I paid them for. We called for MOD and he was so rude. I told him we wouldn’t be back. He said ok that’s fine. It was 310 pm on Jan 4 at Fort Smith Someone needs to talk to him about his people skills.

    Landen is an exceptional employee. He is charismatic and projects a sense of knowledge and professionalism that is both approachable and welcoming. Every major appliance, computer, and theater component purchased in the last five years has been exclusively transacted at this location, and not at a competitor or online, because of my trust and confidence in Landen. Customer service is king, and Landen always makes a Best Buy experience. We already have plans for our next purchases.

    Five stars to electronics and mobile phone employee Chris for a lot of assistance in selecting and initial setup of a mobile phone! But, less than zero stars for Best Buy making it almost impossible to reach the store by phone! Even after their call center was advised that I was already working with a store employee that day on the purchase of a phone, several call center employees absolutely refused to connect me to the store! Infuriating and vastly degraded my trust in Best Buy to be a good place to shop! UPDATE AFTER THE REPLY FROM BEST BUY: No, Best Buy, I am not going to contact you on other platforms. Fix your problem for all customers and don't try diverting the issue to just one disgruntled customer at a time. SECOND UPDATE: I called the store again on 1/8/2026. Once more, the call is answered electronically and identifies as Best Buy in Fort Smith, but sure enough, it was instead a call center. After explaining that I have several complex questions for the Fort Smith locations's reps about the mobile phone purchase and their other phones in stock, the agent agreed to transfer me to the store with the understanding that I may have to leave my name and number to request a callback. That's what happened. The automated function let me leave my name and number, but as I was explaining some details about my questions, it abruptly disconnected. It's been 24 hours since I called and I have not heard back from the store. Customer disservice.

    Best buy is very pricey, I don't like how they have their trade ins they have on the website they take 2009 computers and laptops but yet when me and my boyfriend brought his in they said they can't take it because it is a windows 10, I feel like you shouldn't list something that you know y'all don't take they need to have a thing on their website saying we don't take this year of labtops and we don't accept windows 10
