  Shawny was a hoot and a half. He was attentive, personable, knowledgeable, funny, and fixed my problem in no time! 🎸🙏🏻 I also appreciated how he took his time out of his day to explain “the cloud” to a customer struggling with technological illiteracy. He drew concept maps for her with his own pen and paper. 😯 I appreciated his patience & optimism in doing so, as I personally avoid questions about “the cloud” from family members. I will be coming back for sure if I ever need help again.🙏🏻🏆💯🦾😎

  May and appointment. They called to reschedule the appointment. Less than 1 hour before the schedule window closed, they called to reschedule again. We are calling someone else.

  GET RID OF THE STUPID AI ASSISTANT THAT ANSWERS THE PHONE. I JUST NEEDED TO ASK A SIMPLE QUESTION AND COULD NOT GET PAST IT.

  Well the Best Buy Geek Squad wouldn't help me at all! I bought my truck used and it came with a viper remote start already installed! Now, I had to reprogram my truck's computer and when it reset, it didn't relearn the remote start! I talked to a Viper expert and he told me it just needed reprogrammed by an Authorized Dealer. The only Authorized Dealers in this area is Best Buy in Fayetteville or Rogers, but they won't do it because I can't PROVE they were the ones that installed it 🤦🏻‍♂️(Because it was already installed when I bought the truck!!) So, the only ones that are Authorized to fix it..... WON'T 🙆🏻‍♂️So, stands to reason why I have NO USE FOR THE GEEK SQUAD!!!
