They only want to sell stuff. Zero empathy, zero customer service for issues with service they say call Verizon directly

Walter was incredibly helpful. I have a business account and it was very complicated and he handled everything perfectly for me.

Merica has been such a blessing. We were with AT&T for 30 years and her patience and kindness has won our family over. It's nice to feel like someone really wants to help! Great customer service!!

I am beyond pleased with my decision to switch to Verizon. The staff were exceptionally helpful and provided comprehensive explanations. I highly recommend this location for anyone in the NWA area.

I visited this Verizon location to upgrade my phone and order a watch. While there, the store manager, America, told us about what sounded like a great promotion for Verizon Home Internet. She said that if we signed up and kept it for 40 days, we would receive a free Nintendo Switch and could then return the internet service without being charged for the device.
This turned out to be completely inaccurate. We later visited the official Verizon store on Shiloh Drive, and they confirmed that returning the internet service would absolutely result in being charged for full price of the Switch, regardless of how long we kept it. It was disappointing to learn that the information we were given here was incorrect.
Additionally, while we were in the store, the manager and two staff members were openly gossiping in front of us, which came across as very unprofessional.
I’m leaving this review not to be harsh, but in hopes that the store will address these issues and ensure customers receive accurate information and a more professional environment. We ultimately took our business to the authorized Verizon location on Shiloh Drive.
