    Went to the store Monday October 13th. They said I had to contact customer service myself to initiate the process of splitting accounts. Took forever to talk to connect to any service agents. And no one really checked on me after going through and talking to more service agents after 45 minutes. Wasted my time no help whatsoever from the staff. Went to a different store in Fayetteville the next day, and the staff there gladly helped me and made the process way smoother by helping contact customer service on my behalf and saying that that this particular store should’ve done that for me. Horrible store. Bad service. Employees with zero awareness and people skills.

    Definitely the only woman who was attending has no empathy, much less is she trained for customer service. I just needed her to help me with my SIM card and she asked me to be added to the account, okay I did it later that I needed my ID they were just excuses not to do her job. When she made me wait an hour for them to attend to me 2 weeks ago I had my baby and I had to make an effort to go and solve however she made me have a bad day with his bad attitude.
