    Whatever deal they make you, GET IT IN WRITING. I switched from AT&T and was promised many things, half of which ended up not being *exactly* true. Now I’m out almost $600 because they were supposed to pay off a phone I had from AT&T and didn’t, and I didn’t get the rebate card until nearly 2 months after the payment for that phone was due. The rebate card isn’t even usable! I’m having to call the rebate department to hopefully get a physical card sent to me because there’s no way to use the digital card. Really unhappy with Verizon!

    Representative went to help other people while leaving me on his phone with other Verizon representative on the line and not even telling me what he was doing. Obviously did not want to help. Call ended and I just left because he obviously didn’t gaf.
