    I was helped by Ele she was amazing and upbeat. Got me in and out of the store with no worries. Give her a bonus. Customer service like that will keep the company around for a long time. 🙂👊🏻

    Horrible service. My fiancé & I were very excited to buy a new TV from them, we usually buy all our stuff from them. We decided to take a chance on an open box TV, with the reassurance that we could return it if anything was found wrong! We got home, it had a defected screen on the top. My fiancé took it back to the store & of course the immediate blame was on us, they watched the footage on how THEIR employees loaded it & said we couldn’t return it. The least we wanted was an in store exchange, but was that offered no. We were more than willing to up our price for a functional TV. We will happily take our business elsewhere Best Buy.

    Good variety of products, everything is well stocked, and the staff is generally nice. However, communication could be better. We were told to come back in an hour to pick up a phone after a transfer, but when we returned, the Geek Squad employee had no idea about it or who had left the phone. Overall a good store, but better staff communication would really improve the experience.

    I took my AirPod max to get some repairs & I got them back with scratches (multiple scratches). & I only had them for 2 months. Geek squad are blaming on Apple and Apple are blaming on geek squad..
