  Just spoke with Casey, a safety manager over NWA, concerning a safety issue. He returned my call within minutes and assured me that safety is a priority for the company, and the issue will be addressed immediately. I really appreciate this level of professionalism.

  Terrible execution when paving. No signage, blocking road with no one directing traffic. Almost hit one of their machines parked in the middle of road on blind corner. Absolutely no indication of work being done on that road. You guys are gonna get someone hurt.

  Absolutely worst customer service. Randomly closes there plants and won’t tell you til that until have come back 3 times because they told you they are not running til 8 then 9...etc. over charge you then get mad that you don’t have the exact amount on you they over charged. Don’t recommend at all.

  Several times, they took over multipal FOR RENT (to food vans, fireworks, yards sells, tent sells sort of things, NOT heavy equipment) parking lots with many, "NO PARKING" and "PRIVATE PARKING" signs and our office phone number. They claimed to have rented them, paying extra for heavy equipment. (Never paid deposit or rent.) So I turned down multiple actural paying returning renters. They left piles of raw human waste behind buildings, trash and damages. Which a deposit would NOT have covered, IF they had paid a deposit. The person who finally called me after weeks was incredibly rude. He ended up promising to pay back rent and repairs to avoid a lawsuit, but never has. Update: Still no restitution of any sort for damages, dumping, or back rent after 7 years.
