  This girls are amazing love how they explain everything about the payment options and help us get all the information we needed. Marisol was awesome and provided me with everything I needed. Great team keep the good work girls

  Amazing girls Marisol explained the payment method we were getting ourselves into and love how she even helped us with providing the information we needed have done it all the time. and the girls were so Helpful as well Jessica and Patricia love seeing them every time i need help

  My mother came in 3 months ago (Spanish speaker) they told her they only could finance through progressive and that she HAD to do the 3 month finance despite her asking to do the 12 month. Nothing was said about the process or lease agreement which came to paying $55 EVERY week plus a $70 service charge per month (300 a month). She called and asked why the bill was separate and not together and the lady on the phone said she didn’t know and to come up here, well we came and all they could do is try to argue and blame it on the customer. Cricket do better as a company and train your employees to explain every detail because $300 a month fora phone is not realistic for anybody and this felt like they took advantage of my mother.
