    I just became a Verizon customer. Apparently that was a huge mistake. We decided we didn’t like our Samsung devices and decided to go into the store to exchange them out. We live 45 min to an hour away so I called and spoke to will who said yes we have several iPhone 17 pros in stock. Got there and will was busy so we dealt with sunny. Big mistake. He informed us that in 45 minutes, they sold all of the iPhone 17 pros. All of them. They also didn’t have the series 11 Apple Watch. Interesting. All it was is that they were not going to get the commission so they were holding the phones. I will be reporting this to corporate and will not stop until there is some kind of repressions for good ole sunny who clearly has no business working with the public.

    I went in for a new phone because I was about 6 generations behind, and my phone was bugging out. I walked in and Grace got me right away and the whole process took about 30 minutes. She was so helpful and walked me through everything, and I walked out with a new phone!
