Just found out on day 19 that my automatic document feeder on the scanner of this $500 canon printer doesnt work and my options in the store were 1) go through the manufacturer or 2) buy a $50 best buy warranty to get my original purchase price back or to exchange. This is why Amazon is killing these companies. 15 day exchange window is not competitive. Instead of getting it exchanged I went ahead and bought the same model off of Amazon. It was $100 cheaper and comes with a hassle free 30day return.

Store is uncleanly, litter on floor, dirty countertops, stock is limited or non existent (unless you want a TV, overstocked on TV's). Popped in last week to try and find an Antenna adapter for my car (online showed as available), it was not in stock. Today i ordered a laptop for work which also showed as available in-stock ready for pickup in 1 hour. After purchasing, it shows pickup available in 1 week (8 days from now), or i could have it shipped to my house for free in 2 days. INSANE. Best buy... this is why i have not purchased from you since 2024. Absolutely terrible in store experience, absolutely pathetic online experience. TRULY, i should have purchased from Walmart or Amazon, both companies are faster and at least have accurate stock quantities listed. Never again, you've lost a customer for life.
