On purchase day, we spent an hour and a half trying to get the phone set up, I ended up leaving the store within an inoperable iPhone. I finished setting up the Phone myself, yet was still charged a $40 device setup fee. I set the phone up myself but was charged by the store for a setup. I purchased a screen protector that failed after five days of very light use and was denied a return. Good employee attitude but poor billing practices.
