Luckily David Archison was the associate that helped us when we went into the store and quickly put my son at ease, letting us know he had 3 phones come in with the same problem and he had fixed all 3. He was able to get the phone to charge and turn on. He was able to expertly guide us through our options for repair or replacement. He was even able to guide my son’s grandfather over the phone so he was able to make some account settings. David Archison was AMAZING!! He was able to get my son a new phone sent over night and absolutely no charge for all the work he had to do make sure he was able to help us.
