  Associate had no clue what they were doing and had to call the manager 5+ times. He seemed very annoyed and she talked to him on speaker the whole time. The associate also made a comment, “he’s lucky I came in while sick” while standing a foot in front of my face. Extremely unprofessional all around.

  These ladies working here deserve a huge pay raise and “ THANK YOU “ for their dedication and hard work to make this Cricket Customer’s Service Experience a real success for MANY hours of hard and difficult work to achieve my two new phone plans and 2 new iPhone 16 Pro-Max phones become a reality for me.   The lady who helped me was awesome she was alone in the store with many customers including one that was not so nice at first but she kept everything professional. And got all my lines hooked up and saved me money!!!
