  *Display phones falsely advertise features* I have a grandmother who is hard of hearing. We went in to get a phone that had a specific feature to help. This feature only exists on some phones. Made a purchase based of a display phone showing it had that feature. Turns out it doesn't. Went in to get a refund since we were only getting a new phone specifically for the feature. They would only refund the phone. Wouldn't refund the case we bought. Wouldn't refund the screen protector. Wouldn't refund the service fee for switching to the phone that falsely advertised the feature we wanted. Becareful of going off anything the floor employees say. They assured us it was a feature. It wasn't. The employees don't know what they are talking about. The display phones aren't showing the right system functionality. Here is a picture we took of their display phone. That says "Live caption on calls." That phone literally can't have that feature. Don't trust what they say.

  Better late than never writing this review lol, totally forgot. But Crystal and Kelly deserve a fat raise‼️chop👏chop👏 Went and purchased a new phone for both my mom and I and they were both so helpful and just lovely people to be around! 11/10 best cricket experience! Thanks ladies 🥰

  This place is ridiculous, they cant do anything other than sell a you a phone they know nothing about. I went in to pay a bill, gave the girl the name on the account to look up, she never once asked me for any information. Then she proceeded to tell me it is $4 to pay a bill instore, really like WTH. I come to pay here so I do not have to pay the $5 fee for using our card. Any way takes the money, gives the receipt and I'm on my way. Wake up and our phone is shut off today. Go back to the store talk to someone else who knows absolutely nothing and tells us we have to pay the amount. HAHA we already paid. Called the 611 number and he had everything correct is less than 5 mins. I was on hold longer. So my point why even have that store. It is pointless, if you don't know about the product you are selling or the company you work for, you need to go on down the road. Customer service is not your strong point.
