  DO NOT USE THIS PROVIDER FOR YOUR PHONE SERVICE. This is the WORST service provider I have ever used. I am a female traveling ALONE - I've paid my phone bill and cricket would NOT turn my phone service on. I was literally stuck in the middle of a state I'm not familiar with, with no access to directions, no access to call anyone, nothing. On top of customer service being horrible, I would NEVER recommend this company to anyone. Or else you'll end up like me, stuck in a state I'm traveling through for hours with no phone because cricket won't even turn your phone service on after you've already paid your phone bill. 0 stars.

  The worker there is not very knowledgeable, I asked about their feature plans so I could use my phone outside the country and he would not know how to explain . He also lied saying that the international plan would cover me in another country, the fine print said otherwise 👎🏼 I wasn’t to comfortable with him sounding unsure so I went to the Bryant location and they helped set me up with the right feature!

  *Display phones falsely advertise features* I have a grandmother who is hard of hearing. We went in to get a phone that had a specific feature to help. This feature only exists on some phones. Made a purchase based of a display phone showing it had that feature. Turns out it doesn't. Went in to get a refund since we were only getting a new phone specifically for the feature. They would only refund the phone. Wouldn't refund the case we bought. Wouldn't refund the screen protector. Wouldn't refund the service fee for switching to the phone that falsely advertised the feature we wanted. Becareful of going off anything the floor employees say. They assured us it was a feature. It wasn't. The employees don't know what they are talking about. The display phones aren't showing the right system functionality. Here is a picture we took of their display phone. That says "Live caption on calls." That phone literally can't have that feature. Don't trust what they say.
