They were not able to mount it the first time because the mount that I purchased covered parts of my outlet and cable cord. They helped me find another mount and I was able to reschedule them to come back out without being charged again. Very honest and professional. Would recommend.

I made an appointment to have my phone looked at today. The person I spoke with didn’t even look at my phone and said the only service he could provide for me would be to charge me $325 dollars and return my phone in 10 days. Being a full time student paying my way through law school, I quickly declined. I went to the IPhone Clinic in downtown Tuscaloosa and they completely fixed my phone for free. Please do yourself a favor, save $325 dollars and don’t get swindled by uncaring and dismissive staff.
