Sells staff in the tv section were not interested in serving someone wearing overalls and work boots. I was in the market to purchase a home entertainment center for my wife. The sells staff had nothing for me and could care less about my questions. As I left the store I mentioned to the manager about the issue. He assured me he would handle the matter. My son was in the check out line and said that as soon as I walked out the manager and others laughed about the matter. This was at the Tuscaloosa store 01/02/26 at about 4pm. At this point I am done with best buy but maybe if your staff was more considerate you would have more customers

One word: lazy. By far the worst customer service of any store I've visited. I stood in this store after speaking with a representative for 30 minutes no one offering to help. After waiting for an associate to finish a transaction, they not only walked away, but chose not to acknowledge me at all. The store was not busy. However, they chose to avoid customers as if they do not need our money during difficult these times. I walked in around 7pm. Found my product at Walmart at 7:25pm then left.
