  I will start by saying that I was very upset with best buy distribution center. I bought a ps4 pro, and was sent a ps4 slim. I then drove an hour to this location, to do a return and resend of the correct model. 1 week later I was sent a 512 gb original ps4. Not the ps4 pro. I was very upset. The distribution center is scamming people who dont know any better obviously. They are a terrible part of best buy, and should not be allowed to operate. I took the second wrong unit back to this best buy location, 1 hour drive for me one way. I was very upset. I told the manager the situation, and asked if they would give me a discount on a ps5. The manager acknowledged that the distribution center is terrible, and that he would make it right. I got a discount on a ps5 and went home with a gaming station after a month of trying to order on online. At this point the distribution center is nearly criminal with its intentional sending of cheaper units for higher price tags. Thus best buy is great, easy to work with, and has kind management and employees. Thanks! As for the distribution center, terrible. Do not buy online. Go in the store.
