  It was Dec. 26th 2025, two woman were working and it was about 1:30pm between 2pm. They had very poor customer service. I work in customer service and have for over 14 years. They didn't try to help me or communicate with me at all. They were chatting, and acted annoyed by me even talking to them. They did not greet me when I entered. I had to go to another cricket store to get help, I would have gladly upgraded that day but they literally did not make any attempt at customer service to communicate with me, and honestly made me feel like I was annoying and interrupting their chat instead of helping me. This was the first time I've had such a terrible customer experience here. I get that you don't want to work the day after Christmas, but then they missed an upgrade and a sell due to poor customer service and making the customer feel like crap. It's very disappointing that I had to drive to a store far away for the same help I should have gotten from my home store. I love the service carrier, however I think I'll move to another one due to this experience.
