  Today who ever was the sale lady was you are the reason I will never use cricket again. How dare me come into your store and need help. God forbid that you may have to do your job instead of talking with your friends.

  I've been a Cricket Wireless customer for years now. I had an issue with my phone so I went into the store for help. Christy was so very sweet and help me out with getting the issue resolved within minutes! Big thank you for all of your help!

  Purchased the moto razr 2024, THREE DAYS AGO & can't even use it. They messed the port in up. I couldn't send texts, receive texts or messages. Took my phone into the store and they kept asking me "do you have those numbers blocked" kept replying no. Didn't even do a full setup on my phone. Well then they said I had a DUD for a phone, that I had to bring the phone box in for me to do an exchange. Well, go back in there today to do the exchange, and she was like "my boss told me to do one more thing on your phone. Did you set up voicemail?" I replied no. She then calls her boss and asks her how to do the exchange.. boss said I had to have the correct box for the phone, MIND YOU I HAS THE PHONE SHE HANDED TO ME WITH THE PHONE!!! The lady in the store told me that that was not the correct box... the boss on the phone cocked an attitude and said "she can pay $25 for a fee for not having the right box or she can go get the right box and come back..." mind you it was 330pm and they closed at 5pm and I live 30 minutes away. Well go get the box, come back, boom im thinking that everything is going to work out wonderfully this time BUT however it did not. Noticed that MY number was NOT added to the phone, it was another number from my account.... boom, another red flag....... told the girl that it was not the right number and she proceeds to ignore what I'm saying like she didn't want to fix the problem that her (Nina) and her boss (Christi) made! So now here it is day 3 and I still CAN NOT use the phone at all unless I want another number that was transferred from my account. There's only 1 person in that store who has common sense and knows what they are doing, and that is Lexus!!! Mind you this is the SYLACAUGA LOCATION!!!!!!! Lexus needs to be the one running the store. But however, whenever I get off work tomorrow, cricket wireless will be seeing me AGAIN for the 3rd time and I'm not leaving the store until they get the issue resolved or I'm getting a refund.
